Ahmed Foods Amla Murabba is Amla (Gooseberry) in sugar syrup. It is very rich in Vitamin C, which is not all destroyed during cooking. The tiny fruit has as much Vitamin C as of two oranges. It is considered a good fruit in Ayurvedic medicine.
